To the competition organizers,
Perhaps I missed it but I couldn't find the requested format for the submitted results. Are the estimated segmentations supposed to be in DICOM-RT format? Are other alternative formats allowed such as nifti? If the answer to the latter is "no", I did see the thread on the nifti-to-DICOM-RT conversion using Slicer. I'd rather not point-and-click for each segmentation result. Is there another tool, preferably command-line based, so that I can batch process the conversion? Thanks.Posted by: aapm_qing @ June 23, 2017, 4:12 p.m.
Submission will require DICOM RTSTRUCT. Submission guidelines are here: <a href="http://aapmchallenges.cloudapp.net/competitions/3#learn_the_details-dicom-rt-convertor">http://aapmchallenges.cloudapp.net/competitions/3#learn_the_details-dicom-rt-convertor</a>.
If you use matlab, you may wish to consider CERR
If you use python, you may be able to script it using pydicom
Please note that we have not got the online automated scoring process fully functional yet. We will notify you when this is available.Posted by: MarkGooding @ June 23, 2017, 6:13 p.m.
